25 photos of FRANS RICHARDSON by Judith Roumou. FRANS ADMITS HE FILLED THE POND WITH NO AUTHORIZATION, BUT HE SAYS WILLIAM MARLIN CAN EXPLAIN IT.

Frans Richardson was extremely entertaining on the Billy Dee program this morning. Billy Dee took a while to squeeze the confession out of him. Frans’ anger seems to stem from the fact that Theo/UP and company bust the pot on them. So Frans refered to his former “boss” quite often, trying to distract from the Filling of the Salt Pond mess. I transcribed the entire interview from the radio onto my wordpad, as we drove into town. Everyone in bus 77 was listening to, and laughing at Frans trying to squeeze himself out of the mess. Everytime Billy Dee brought up the filling at the Salt Pond, Frans would bring up the Ring Road project, and the Causeway project. Everytime he threw his ex-boss, Theo Heyliger under the bus, in his Billy Dee interview, the people in the bus roared with laughter.

If only Christopher Emmanuel, and Kendall Dupersoy, could step out of their airconditioned chariots, and maybe ride the bus ones in awhile, then they would really figure out how the National Alliance constituents are feeling about them right now.

Of course, they would rather pretend that these stories are made up, rather that joining the average St Maartener, and asking them how they feel about the current government, and all of the crazy moves William Marlin has been making.

Emmanuel, you would like to pretend that the stories are made up, and so are the sources,

but turns out I WAS RIGHT AGAIN WASN’T I CHRISTOPHER?

WILLIAM MARLIN WAS FULLY AWARE OF WHAT FRANS WAS DOING, BECAUSE WE CAUGHT FRANS AND MARLIN, AT OLD STREET ST MAARTEN, 1 DAY AFTER THE “NO PERMIT” SCANDAL BROKE, AND THEY WERE DEEP IN CONVERSATION! How could Marlin not know?

Christopher would rather that I chase “little red babies”, because somehow in Christopher’s mind, he’s intellectually superior……..

I’m from the “Show Me State“….I’ll just show you where you’re wrong.

William Marlin threw Hyacinth Richardson under the bus, with the St Peters Hill land b.s. KNOWING that the land is GOVERNMENT OWNED!

William Marlin was so desperate to distract from Frans filling the pond-and his knowledge of it, that he came out with lies about land that have been determined to be bullsh*t.

If William Marlin’s statement about the land was not b.s. WHY WAS William Marlin visiting the Kadaster AFTER he made his erroneous accusations against Theo, to THEN determine if the land was in Hyacinth’s family name, or the St Maarten governments name.

Because it IS government owned land, William Marlin simply wove a more tangled web, because now he has TWO land issues.

The filling of the Salt Pond, is one, and how can he blame Mingo, when Mingo has to have his approval to remove the sand from the harbor to the pond.

According to my sources, EVERYTHING HAS TO BE OKAYED BY A MINISTER. EVERYTHING HAS TO GO THROUGH KURT RUAN!

William Marlin KNEW what Frans was doing, then decided to act dotin.

Now he has to return to parliament, and bite the bullet.

He thinks the SXMer is stupid, but they are not fooled.

People was cracking up on the bus, as Frans tried to squirm his way out of answering the questions.

I have the WHOLE interview transcribed, and I will edit and post it, so that everyone will realize what conmen

the National Alliance, William Marlin and Frans Richardson are.

MAYBE HANS MOS HAS FORGOTTEN MARIETJE, BUT ST MAARTENERS HAVE NOT! WHEN WILL SHE BE PROSECUTED? AND YES SHE WILL BUST THE BUCKET ON THE REST.

  • If my memory serves me well, not too long ago our first Minister of Health, Labour and Social Affairs was ACCUSED of illegal activity, she maintained that she was innocent, and because of all the dark clouds of doubt surrounding her she did the ethical and honorable thing and stepped down.
Since then, no investigation could have been initiated and subsequently anything brought to court because apparently there was no case and she did nothing wrong.

Now Sunday morning on the radio I’m hearing this Member of Parliament who has been found GUILTY TWICE in a court of Law, as recently as a month ago, further trying to clear his name on the radio… dude Step down! your act is up! Do the honorable thing! it says to be banned from public office for 3 years, take 10…. You been found guilty of committing crimes while in Office and you in Parliament deciding how the rest of us are going to have to live our lives? huh…… #onlyinsxm

    • Sjaoel Shooz Richardson Marietje should have never stepped down. I am pretty sure she would have done a better job than minister De Weever. At the end of the day it is about competence….

    • Lamin Ibrahim Hmmmm……..I dont think Buncamper would have done a better job than anyone to be honest. She was too busy with her hand in the cookie jar to be of any good use. Again, dont point the finger at any one po-lie-tician….anyone making over 10,000 bucks a month while calling themselves a servant of the public is a thief.

    • Sjaoel Shooz Richardson Has she done anything illegal? Bunch of people like to talk, but have no idea what they are saying. When it comes to competence: it was under Marietje as commissioner of health and labour that the initial ideas about the National Health Insurance were formed and put to paper…When National Alliance came to office, this joke of a Hyacinth Richardson became commissioner of health and labour….That commissioner and his party were a disaster for the development of the NHI, not to mention the lack of anending labour laws and regulations

    • Lamin Ibrahim Sjaeol…….care to explain what was legal about Buncamper writing a check from Telem (which was in her portfolio at the time) to a foundation that she was a part of? Also, care to explain what is legal about her husband using lumber and materials from public works to make her political posters for campaigning. Seems like you have selective memory.
      4 hours ago · Like
    • Sjaoel Shooz Richardson I don’t have a selective memory. What did the foundation do with the money? Pay local artists (even more than received)! Now we have government paying 400k and wanting local artists to perform for free.

We are here because steps we being taken years ago in our parents time that are popping now. We need our young people to open their eyes, be aware of the decisions government is making, because it will affect our children even more so than it affects ourselves. We need to call on our young people to step up to the plate, join on decision making, future mapping, development and planning; so we can have a say in our future and that of our little ones. So we could say in all sencerity that we tried to do better for our children and along the way… Ourselves.

PHOTOS: FRANS RICHARDSON ADMITS ON THE BILLY DEE PROGRAM, THAT HE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SALT POND FILLING.

November 26, 2012 Comments off

Who’s filling the salt pond? I have to accept that its being pointed at me. Frans Richardson admits less than an hour ago on the Billy Dee radio program.

“We did a presentation in the council, in the executive council”. “I initiated the sports tourism, where to take sxm next.” “I presented those projects to the executive council saw them.” The Ring road had no permit. Heyliger was the commissioner. There was a request for sand for the ring road, the documents are there will be presented by minister of VROMI.” Cricket stadium, football field. What caused the filling was the oval shape,,we knew that the harbor was dredging, so we requested the sand.I WAS THE ONES WHO SAID GUYS PUT THE SAND RIGHT THERE. SO THEY STARTED THE FILLING.

When Billy Dee asked Frans Richardson if he had the authority to order the filling, he responded”

“I DID NOT HAVE THE POWER.” “GIVE THE BLAME TO FRANS RICHARDSON.”

This was transcribed directly from the radio, so forgive any typos. More to come about Frans’ interview this morning
